2. RHA will interview staff, volunteers, Board Members and stakeholders to gain insight and encourage input into the strategic planning process.

3. RHA will then conduct an evaluation and analysis on current organizational fund development, marketing and communication operations, as well as provide an overview of the operations and fund development activities of organizations similar to yours.

4. RHA will outline key fund development, marketing and communications options to consider, as well as provide our recommendations for growth and diversification.

5. We reconvene to review our findings and recommendations. The objective of this meeting is to reach a consensus on the direction that should be taken over the next two or three years.

6. RHA will then develop a quarterly plan-of-action for the next 24 - 36 months along with key short-term objectives that need to be achieved in order to reach your long-term goals.

7. Finally, our report will be fully documented and presented to your organization in PowerPoint format.
