o Worked on buy-side due diligence of Bharti Airtel-Zain deal for more than two months, where Airtel acquired Africa operations of Zain Telecom at an enterprise value of $10.7 bn. The work involves conducting in-depth financial analysis of historical data, reviewing contract agreements of Zain with other parties to find out potential future liabilities and comparing Zain Africa’s operations with industry benchmarks based on various industry specific ratios and parameters

o Worked on buy side deal of Igate and Patni Computers where scope of work was the detailed analysis of the target company

o Worked on Carve out transaction for Acromas Holding for more than two months, where target have a diversified business and we need to perform Due Diligence of the target company and its impact on rest of the companies

o Supported EY's US, UK, German, Indian and Australian TAS teams on numerous projects in diverse industries involving financial analysis and secured excellent client feedbacks for project management skills, sound analytical capabilities, responsiveness, timely communication of issues and an eye for detail
