butanol, industrial biogas and biodiesel production.

拥有目前国内最大的年产80万吨燃料乙醇生产能力，

其中30万吨燃料乙醇生产装置是国际上最大级别装置

之一；

Tianguan group has the biggest fuel ethanol production line in

China with capacity of 800 thousand t/y, and the 300

thousand t/y facility is one of the biggest facilities in the

world.

拥有世界最大的工业沼气工程；

• 自上世纪90年代，天冠遵循酒精“绿色循环”

的本质特性，制定实施了“以酒精为基础，

以酒精深加工为主导，以综合利用和综合开

发为双翼”的一体两翼发展战略。

In 1990s,Tianguan’s developing strategy as: one

body and two wings.

Body: alcohol deep processing.

Wings: comprehensive utilization and

comprehensive development.

2000年3月，天冠率先向国家提出开发生产

燃料乙醇的政策建议，得到国家重要领导

人和有关部门的重视；

In March 2000, Tianguan firstly proposed

to building fuel ethanol project in China and

attracted great attention.

2001年4月，依托原生产线改造建成了国内

首个年产20万吨燃料乙醇生产装置。

In April 2001, China's first fuel ethanol

facility with a capacity of 200,000 tons per

year was built.

1、秉承绿色理念，开发燃料乙醇 Developing fuel ethanol guided by ‘Green Idea’

2002年11月，经国家批准新建年产30万吨燃料乙醇项目。

Approved by the government, a new fuel ethanol facility with a capacity of 300,000

tons per year was constructed in November 2002.



目前，企业具有年产80万吨燃料乙醇生产能

力，是国内最大的燃料乙醇生产企业；

At present, Tianguan is the one of the

biggest fuel ethanol producer with a capacity

of 800,000 tons per year in China.

承担河南、湖北、河北三省三十一市燃料乙

醇的生产供应，已累计生产燃料乙醇500多

万吨。

Tianguan is providing fuel ethanol for 31

cities in Henan, Hubei, and Hebei provinces

and has produced more than 5 million tons fuel

ethanol up to now.

Tianguan insists on clean process and multiple feedstock for fuel ethanol production.

And now innovation of non grain raw material feedstock and clean technology for ethanol

production in Tianguan has come true.


天冠纤维乙醇产业化攻关研究取得重大进展，不仅三大主粮的秸秆原料预处理工艺基本

成熟，还有效地降低了纤维素酶的生产成本；

Tianguan has made major progress in cellulosic ethanol production .

完全依靠自主知识产权新建的3万吨纤维乙醇一期产业化示范项目已完成建设。

A new cellulosic ethanol demonstration facility with a capacity of 30,000 tons per year with

property right was built in Tianguan.

（ PPC ），取得了聚合分子量10万以上完全可控的巨大技术突破，

现已实现产业化生产。

After 10 years research, Tianguan has successfully developed

the production process of degradable plastics (PPC). Great

breakthroughs have been made to synthesize polymer with

molecular weight over 100,000.

Now, we have built an industrial production.

Developing CO2 degradable plastics guided by ‘Green Idea’

天冠全降解塑料生产线 Production line of degradable plastics

天冠投资5000万元建设一条生物柴油生产线。 Tianguan has investigated 50,000,000 RMB to build a biodiesel

production line.

具有原料适应性广、反应可控、原料转化率高、生产过程污染排放少等优点。 This technology has advantages of wide raw materials adaptability,

easy reaction control, high conversion rate, as well as less pollution

emissions.

生物柴油作为一种可再生的清洁能源，以其良好的环境效应和巨大的经济潜力受到关注，具有非常广阔的市场前景。 Biodiesel, as a renewable clean energy, has very broad market prospects since it has good

environmental effects and enormous economic potential.

5、秉承绿色理念，通过资源综合利用生产生物沼气 Developing methane guided by ‘Green Idea’

自20世纪80年代开始，天冠集团用酒糟滤清液开发生产的沼气产品，用于南阳市20多万居民使用，南阳市由此成为全国第一座沼气城。 Since the 1980s, Tianguan has produced methane

from stillage liquid for 200,000 residents in

Nanyang City. So Nanyang became the first

methane-city in China.

天冠投资4.05亿元，2009年底建成了日产50万立方米，年产15000万立方米沼气工程，除供南阳市城市居民生活用燃料外，其余沼气进入热电联产项目使用。 Tianguan have invested 405 million RMB to

construct a new methane facility with output of

500 thousand m3 /d and 150 million m3 /y by the

end of 2009.

2011年11月，天冠集团与伦敦大学学院生物能源国际联合实验室成立。

In November 2011,the establishment of Tianguan Group and UCL

Bioenergy Joint Laboratory.


2012年8月，伦敦大学学院尼克副院长莅临南阳考察中英低碳城市项目建设及生物质能源发展工作。

In August 2012,Professor Nick

visited Nanyang dealing with

Sino-UK low carbon city project

and biomass energy development.


2013年9月，UCL Dr.Frank教授莅临天冠集团进行了一系列学术交流工作。

In September 2013, Dr.Frank from UCL

visited Nanyang for academic exchange.

2014年3月，天冠集团国家重点实验室工程师回访UCL，进行座谈并参观实验室。
