Marjaneest une entreprise degrande distributionmarocaine, filiale duGroupe SNI. L'entreprise a t cre en1990aprs l'ouverture d 1hypermarch de la chane Rabat. Au mois d'Aot 2007, le groupeAuchana revendu ses 49% de part dans Marjane du holdingSNIqui en possdait les 51% restants.

Marjane Holding contrle dsormais trois ples de distribution, savoir Marjane pour les hypermarchs,Acimapour les supermarchs etElectroplanetpour l'lectromnager. Pionnier de lagrande distributionauMaroc, Marjane a su s'imposer auprs du grand public, avec plus de 30 millions de clients par an, faisant de lui le leader sur le march marocain devantAswak Assalam et Carrefour-Label'vie, ses principaux concurrents. Marjane Holding compte actuellement 37 grandes surfaces tales sur tout le royaume.
