Skills: Windows XP & MS office (Excel, word, power point).

Review: Successfully review job descriptions and understand the needs of the hiring manager as well to ask questions, that’ll help us to identify the right candidate(s) and match the requirements.

Understand technology, technical roles and technical skills, learn and evaluate candidate’s technical skills, Identify, sourcing and uncovering candidates.

Screen: Ascertaining the competence of candidates against a technical job description.

Interview: Meeting candidates in person, telephone or video conference etc. to assess their qualifications.

Following up: Keep candidates in the loop. This goes a long way to build credibility and keep candidates either coming back or sending referrals.

Role & Responsibility: Source resumes interview candidates and select applicants for technical positions and review applicants to

screening, Negotiations, candidate submission, follow-up, Interview & On Boarding etc Meet with hiring managers to determine job duties & write job descriptions and match applicants to job

openings & Source for future job openings. List job postings on job portals like naukri.com, social media, corporate career web sites, and other possible

channels. View applications & call applicants and perform phone screens, and have applicants come in for formal

interviews. Instruct applicants on the nature of the job and whom they will be speaking with during the interview. Facilitate meeting between hiring manager and applicant and Interview applicants & hand out and grade

assessments. Participate in final selection of applicant. Create portfolio of possible candidates for hiring manager & check references.

Perform background checks on applicants and identify potential red flags & Inform candidate of company's decision.

Talk with civic, social, and other groups to provide information concerning job possibilities.
