In the beginning I have introduced a concept of analyzing styles made by designers in order to appreciate
their work or to utilize the experimental styles liked by people in a different manner and also to take action
or discontinue the product if don’t like by customers, by keeping designers update I have made them
changed the designing philosophy in order to capture the market and to achieve good numbers, Changed
layout of few stores and successfully increased sale of particular store by creating a different buying for
customers. Also introduced a manual through which we can make our retail team update with the product
features which helps them in selling product. After 6 months I have given a task of increasing sales and
footfall of customer in particular 3 stores and I have successfully increased the footfall and sales of the

1. Hypothetically launched a product named as “THUNDER” (Energy Drink) to understand what problems
would company face when introducing any new product in the market and how they will tackle with these
problems with the help of using marketing models such as PEST analysis to analyze the external
environment, SWOT analysis in order to analyze the strength, weakness, opportunities and threat exist in
the market in terms of their competitors, I have also used porter’s five forces model to understand supplier
power, buyer power threat of new entry, threat of substitution and competition rivalry.
2. Done case study on local food business to get to know their success story and what problems they
have faced when getting into the market. What is their competitive edge which made them sustained their
business.

3. Done research on “consumer behavior” that what preference they give to the foreign fast food brand
over local fast food brand and what are the reasons. The goal behind the selection of this topic was to
help our local fast food brand to enhance their business and to get to know why customer prefer foreign
fast food brand more than local fast food brands.
EVENT MANAGEMENT
1. Organized a counseling session for the students who were uncertain about their future field of
work.
We invited guest speakers from well recognized companies to give a lecture to the students and
elaborate each one of their field of work. It was essential for the students to have a better understanding
of their respective fields in order to make a decisive choice even selecting their electives.
2. Organized a job fair.
We invited 20 prestigious companies to interview the class of 2009; we have developed the data base of
whole batch of 2009. Our idea was to create a professional yet friendly platform where students get chance
to introduce themselves to invited companies. Through this event we have created the relationship
between the IQRA University and companies which benefited the students to date.
3. Organized a seminar on drug addiction.
In this seminar guest speakers were invited to talk about the drug addiction and after affects to aware
students who are getting into these types of activities.
FINAL DISSERTATION (MBA)
Done research on “Determinants of Brand loyalty” through which we will get to know about the
factors which helps brand to make their customer loyal to the Brand.
