Worked as a team to install and commission the in-house Equipment for the Solar cell manufacturing equipment. The capacity of the line 70MW.

Designing Developed and co-ordinating implementation of : Designed and Developed Continues Xenon solar cell tester for the production line Changes in the design of the Sintering furnace to ensure temperature control within

+1oC. Developing and designing diffusion furnace to ensure temperature control within +1oC Developed and designed a sheet Rho measurement instrument to take the profile of the

sheet Rho after diffusion to study the uniformity of the sheet Rho across Processed wafer.

Also developed Dark Shunt, electro Luminescence machine. Developed and Designed the Solar cell tester with NewPort AAA Sun Simulator With in

house developed hardware and software for the tester. Designed and developed the Wet Station control system for the wafer cleaning.Forming a team for continuous improvement of process. All these activities resulted in improvement of Cell line production process

Production ramp-up in Microsol International FZE

Was the team leader in the installation and commissioning of 120MW Baccini printing equipments, to ramp up of the production to meet the customer needs?

Developed Solar Cell testing software for the production line using Labview 7.0 Developed diffusion furnace control software in Labview 7.0. Developed Dark IV software to measure the Dark IV Characteristics. Designed and developed software for the EL testing machine in labview 8.0 Developed firing furnace software in visual basic 6.0. Developed the software for the Sheet Rho measurement.

Solon International FzeModule line installation Project and Maintenance .

Installation of the Semi-Automated Module plant With Glass Cleaners, Robust foil cutters, Somont Stringer, 3S laminator, Reis Auto-Framing station and in-house developed Framing station and Reis Automated Tester which consists STHAL PE and HV Tester with Berger Flasher.

In house Development and manufacturing of EL imaging for Module Line at layup and after testing.

Trouble shooting and Working with REIS robots for automated Module line. Improved the production in automated line by preventive and predictive maintenance of the Robots and SPS.

Other Highlights Continually achieved very low breakage of 0.3% on the sintering line with 200 micron wafers which was initially

22%. Manufactured and Designed low cost equipments like sheet Rho, EL machines to improve the productivity. Designed the Thyristor Power Pack controllers to decrease the Equipment manufacturing cost.
