Utiliser une fraise carbure de tungstène et un disque diamanté pour préparer le pilier en fonction de la limite gingivale (environ 1 mm sous-gingivale) et de l’espace disponible.Pour meuler plus facilement le pilier, nous recommandons d’utiliser le manche de polissage équipé de l’analogue de laboratoire.Use a tungsten carbide bur and diamond disc to prepare the abutment according to the gingival line (approx. 1 mm subgingival) and the available space.To grind the abutment more easily, we recommand to use the polishing handle equipped with the laboratory analog.

Réaliser la couronne ou le bridge directement sur le pilier préparé (prévoir une encoche de descellement). Le positionnement correct du pilier sur l’implant se fera plus facilement avec une clé de repositionnement en résine réalisé par le prothésiste.Build the crown or bridge construction directly on the prepared abutment. The abutment correct position on the implant is easier with the repositionning key made by the dental technician.

Retirer la prothèse provisoire ou la vis de cicatrisation. Transfi xez le moignon sur l’implant, puis après vérifi cation radiologique, sceller la couronne ou le bridge. Remove the temporary denture or healing abutment. Fix the abutment on the implant, and after a radiological control, cement the fi nal crown or bridge construction.

Description : Le pilier en titane pré-usiné est conçu pour des restaurations personnalisées répondant aux exigences cliniques. Ce système permet de créer des solutions individuelles fonctionnelles et esthétiques. Ses différentes formes et dimensions sont bien adaptées aux cas nécessitant, pour des raisons anatomiques, la compensation du non parallélisme des implants. Dans le cas de contours irréguliers, le pilier peut être retaillé par le laboratoire. Dans ce cas, il faut prendre une empreinte avec un transfert et reproduire le modèle en plâtre en utilisant un analogue de l’implant. Il est utilisé pour des prothèses scellées.

The manufactured titanium abutment is conceived for personalized restorations answering to the clinical requirements. This system allows to create functional and aesthetic individual solutions. Its various forms and sizes are adapted to the clinical cases requiring, for anatomical reasons, the compensation of the implants paralelism adjustment. In the case of irregular outlines, the abutment can be cut by the laboratory. In that case, it is necessary to take an impression with a coping transfer and to reproduce the model in plaster, using an implant analog. It is recommended for cemented prosthesis.
