How do I find out what applies to my property?

1. Using your web browser, go to www.land.vic.gov.au

2. On the right side menu bar, select ‘Property Reports’

3. On the next page, click ‘agree’

4. Enter your property address and click ‘Search’

5. Once the property is found, click ‘Next’

6. Select ‘Planning Property Report (Free)’ and click ‘PDF’

7. Scroll through the property report to review whether the Wildfire Management

Overlay/Bushfire Management Overlay (WMO/BMO) applies
