    Responsible Leadership in the ICT

    Responsible leaders in the ICT industry are more likely to focus on task-related behaviors and lessfocused on relationship oriented behaviors, thus hampering the legacy of their actions. There is also

    a different perception between ICT self perception and others’ perception (the rest of theorganization).
