We arrange airport pick-up servicesbetween 9am-9pm on your programstart date from both terminals atShanghai Pudong Airport. Look for aCRCC Asia staff holding a whiteCRCC Asia flag standing at thearrivals gate.

Please show the taxi driver ouraccommodation address and makeyour way to our accommodation.

All airport taxis are on meters so youdon't need to agree on a price butyou can expect it to cost around170-200 RMB. The taxi journeyshould take around 40 minutesdepending on traffic.

4. CHECK-INPlease show your passport to the hotelfront desk. If they do not recogniseyour name, mention "CRCC Asia".

Pay a deposit of 800 RMB in CASHand keep hold of your deposit receipt.

You may have to sign an inventorysheet for the contents of your room.

5. INFORMAL DINNER(OPTIONAL)

Meet us at 6pm at the hotel lobbyon your program start date to havean informal dinner with other interns!(Let us know if you're coming!)

Please note that the official CRCCAsia induction day and welcomebanquet will take place on the nextday at 8:45am.
