3. Tiethestraparoundyourchest,justbelowthechestmuscles,andattachthehooktotheotherendofthestrap.
4. CheckthatthewetelectrodeareasarefirmlyagainstyourskinandthatthePolarlogooftheconnectorisinacentralanduprightposition.
Note:Detachtheconnectorfromthestrapaftereveryuse,tomaximizethetransmitterbatterylifetime.Sweatandmoisturemaykeeptheelectrodeswetandthetransmitteractivated.Thiswillreducethetransmitterbatterylife.
