Documentation of POC Lab

1. Order desired test/lab

2. User must associate order with correct diagnosis

3. The Schedule will show a blue icon which indicates that a “Test” is due for the patient.

4. To document results, under More activities in Maestro Care user should click on “Enter/Edit Results”

5. User must document all the mandatory information Next click accept.

6. Results will display as bellow

Charge Capture7. User must click on Charge Capture Then POC Lab Tests and finally “Hemoglobin A1C Test-RN”
