    If you are insured through Medicare,

    then you have probably already

    noticed the changes to your usual

    order process with Experea.

    In accordance with Medicare

    guidelines, we are absolutely

    required to receive authorization

    (verbal or written) from the

    customer, before every monthly

    shipment is sent out. Due to this

    new regulation, we are no longerable to offer automatic shipments

    because without proper approval

    we cannot ship the supplies. Our

    customer service representatives

    will call to acquire approval, so

    please be aware of this change and

    expect a call from Experea at least

    every month.

    We understand how this new

    protocol may be a hassle foryou, but hope you will find our

    expert team of customer service

    representative helpful in this new

    process.

    To guarantee supplies are shipped the same day, please place your order

    before 12pm (noon) PST.

    DO I NEED A DOCTORS PRESCRIPTION?

    Yes! We need an updated prescription on file to order the appropriate supplies.

    HOW DO I KNOW IF MY INSURANCE WILL COVER MY SUPPLIES?

    Most insurance companies will cover authorized services if deemed medically

    necessary. Experea Healthcares representative can help you determine this,

    and will be happy to contact your insurance company directly.

    SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION: To market the new product launch of Cure Twist Catheter, I utilized search engineoptimization strategies to gain favorable ranking on Google search queries. Not only did we achieve rst page ranking, bwe also were able to maximize visibility through multiple links (product page, blog post, press release and PPC Ad).

    CO-MARKETING: To help increase foot trafc at Experea Healthcares booth at the tradeshow, I coordinated a

    partnership with ZICO coconut water. They donated over 300 bottles for our booth to give away.

    PUBLIC RELATIONS: Since Experea Healthcare is headquartered in Orange County, it seemed only approprto market ourselves to the local community. After I reached out to the editor at OC METRO and pitched our

    story, Expereas CEO, Donald Woods, was featured in the February 2012 issue.
