True Tight Shut-Off PerformanceQublock Diverter Valves (YTL) are the true solutions where the tightshut-off sealing performance is required during switching the fluidunder harsh industries. This YTL valves prevent any leakage from portto port essentially although they have a metal-to-metal structure. This isthe result of trustable engineering data and excellent production control.

High Performance for Powder, Slurry, CatalystQublock has specially designed the three way diverter valves (YTL) aiming toprovide suited diverting solutions for Powder, Slurry, Catalyst and where theapplication is under high pressure, high temperature and has particles. TheYTL valves are not only diverting the fluid but also offering the high blockingperformance under the harsh operating conditions. Various Port Angles Designed for Customer NeedsVarious customized port angles such as 90°,120°, 135° and other degree are designed inaccordance with customer demands. Also thevalve port type is provided to meet the bestoperation conditions; Y type, T type, L type andcustomized port type. Qublock Three WayDiverter Valves are not typical standardizationand they are customized design valves.

Q-LAP system applied The perfect spherical shape designed on the basis of the Q-LAP systemcreates a seal- lock environment and leads to a relatively long life.

Super fine roundnessThe super fine ball surface enhances the removal of particles on thesurface, minimizes leakage and extends the product life.

Double Seal StructureAll parts where emission is possible have two stages of sealingstructures with soft and metal seals. This leads to intrinsic fire safety,which in turn increases the stability of the process valves.

Low Emission ISO 15848 Stem sealing certified by ISO 15848, low fugitive emission design.With this special structure, the valve has low friction, therebyproviding stabilized sealing performance for a long cycle life.

Scrapping Seat DesignThe self- cleaning system removes adhesive media wherever thevalve is cycled. It prevents residue from building up on the ballsurface. Further, the hardness of the coatings and the special edgetreatment of the seats help protect against erosion and corrosion.

Advantages JacketFor 3 way ball valves with a heating and cooling jacket, both full andsemi-jackets are available. The heat tracing design, placing thejacket part on the position of the gland packing, has prevented thefixation of the fluid to the stuffing box.

Buff FinishingInside port of fluid contact surfaces are buff finishing available. Ithas the effect of preventing the deposition and adhesion of the fluid.

Pocket-lessA pocket-less ball valve completely eliminates the clearance portionbetween the body and the ball. It provides excellent resistance tomedia build-up and /or stagnation.

Hard FacingSpecial hard facing on theball and the seat areavailable. The key point isthe choice of which hardfacing to use. Qublock willprovide the best solutiondepends on fluid conditions.
