Internet, texting, GPS, smartphones, and Facebook. But they are often ‘tech dependent’ as opposed to ‘tech savvy.’!

• They will have anywhere from 15 - 20 different jobs throughout their working lifetimes. The average millennial expects to remain in a given job less than three years. They watched their parents sacrifice for the company and get burned too often.!
