Gli apparecchi per l’illuminazione da esterni, proposti nel

presente catalogo, sono realizzati con materiali altamente

resistenti all’usura del tempo, e sono quindi

particolarmente indicati per essere impegati in ambienti

a forte salinità e inquinamento atmosferico. I componenti

metallici di questi apparecchi, in particolare quelli in vista

e che risultano quindi a diretto contatto con l’ambiente

esterno, vengono prodotti utilizzando esclusivamente

alluminio estruso, alluminio laminato e acciaio

inossidabile AISI 316. L’accurata lavorazione, eseguita

con speciali macchine utensili da asporto, conferisce loro

una finitura di eccellenza che fa ben risaltare l’aspetto

estetico del prodotto finito. Il trattamento superficiale dei

particolari in alluminio viene eseguito con le più avanzate

tecniche di verniciatura che ne garantiscono una lunga

durata nel tempo.

La componentistica in plastica viene prodotta: per le parti

opache in nylon con aggiunta del 30% di fibre di vetro;

mentre per le parti trasparenti in policarbonato di alta

qualità. Tutti questi prodotti sono stati preventivamente

trattati per resistere all’azione dei raggi UV.

Le apparecchiature elettriche adottate sono state scelte

prestando particolare attenzione alla qualità e al

risparmio energetico in abbinamento ad una buona resa

luminosa.

ensure a high protection degree and make that fittings resistant to climatic conditions like salt, humidity and pollution.Metallic components of these lighting fixtures, particularly those parts on contact with the air are exclusively produced with extruded aluminium,laminated aluminium and stainless steel AISI 316. The working process made by using special machine tools with accuracy gives to our itemsan excellent finishing and enhances their aesthetic aspect.Surface treating of the aluminium parts is made by means of the most advanced painting techniques that guarantee a long lasting life.Opaque plastic components are usually produced in nylon filled with fiber glass while transparent plastic parts are composed of high qualitypolycarbonate. We preventively treat all our products to be proof against U.V. rays.Electrical parts have been choose taking care of the quality, energy saving and a good light yield.

Die Metallteile sind mit fliessgepressten Aluminium, oder mit Farbaluminiumund Edelstahl AISI 316 hergestellt. материалов, поэтому они особенно пригодны для установки в условиях повышенной загрязненности атмосферы или высокогосодержания в ней солей. Находящиеся в контакте с окружающей средой металлические компоненты, используемые для производства светильников,выполнены из экструдированного алюминия, ламинированного алюминия и нержавеющей стали AISI 316. Точность обработкивыгодно подчеркивает дизайн светильника, а возможна она благодаря обрезающим заготовки станкам с компьютернымконтролем, на которых изготавливается корпус. Обработка поверхности готового изделия также происходит на современныхстанках по окраске, которая гарантирует долгий срок службы светильника. Матовые пластиковые детали производятся изнейлона с добавлением стекловолокна (30%), а прозрачные детали – из высококачественного поликарбоната.
