Suchpremium shall be deposited in the concerned Branch Office of the Town PlanningDepartment I concerned Authority wherever applicable

2. The Collector / concerned Authority shall ensure that additional FSI under thisRegulation is granted for bona fide Industrial use. If the owner avail such additional fSI,then ground coverage shall be the coverage after proposing required marginal distance aspCI' the prevailing DCR of the Regional Plan.

And whereas, pursuant to the above, a notice, b aring lO. TPS-1814/916iCR-2.:13/14/UD-1.1. dated 05/01/2015, r garding the proposed modification under subsection (:) of the Section 20 of the said Act, was published which Clr'P urcd in II eMaharashtra Govcrrun nt Official Gazette, Supplement dated 29/01/2015 to04/0212015 for inviting Suggestions and i or Objections from the general public and theJoint Director of own Planning, Pune Division, Pune was authorised as the 'Officer'(hercinnft 'I' referred to as the 'said Officer") by the Government to hear Sugg .siionsand / or Objections and submit his report to the Gov rnment;

And whereas, after considering the report submitted by the said Officer andconsulting the Director of Town Planning, Maharashtra State PUl1C, th Government isof the pinion that, it is necessary to incorporate the provision to permit an additionalFloor Space Index (FSl). over and above the basic permissible FSl Ior industrial lISI:!, jJ; ~. _ ~.
