Tele calls to potential customer for new business and gathering market and customer information.

Handling groups reservations, room inventory management and review availability according to demand.

Resolve guest problems promptly with close interdepartmental coordination and provide best availability service to achieve guest satisfaction.

Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.

Rooms inventory management.
