within a single registration


Fulfilling Single and Multiple Product Authorization Keys (PAKs) 単/複数のPAK登録


Quickstart または Get New

をクリック Go to the Quickstart Page or Get New

Menu to fulfill single or multiple PAKs

一つのPAK登録の場合はPAK

を入力してから “Fulfill Single

PAK” をクリック Fulfill a single PAK by entering the PAK name

in the PAK field.


追加でPAK登録の場合は

PAK 入力後 “Load More

PAKs”をクリック To fulfill multiple PAKs click on “Load More

PAKs”.

一度に10個のPAK入力が可能です。一行に一つのPAKで合計のPAK数の制限はありません Enter up to 10 PAKs at a time, one per line.

Repeat this as many times as needed.


新しいPAKが表示されますので、対象のPAKのチェックボックスを選択してください The new PAKs will be displayed in the PAK list.

Select the PAKs to fulfill by checking the check boxes

“Fulfill Selected PAKs”.をクリック Click “Fulfill Selected PAKs”.


“Get New” でQuickStart Pageでのプロセスと同様に一つまたは複数のPAK登録が可能です Single and multiple PAKs can also be fulfilled from the

“Get New” menu using the same process as from the

Quickstart page.


必要数を指定（入力） Specify the quantity to assign.

ここに明記されている対象機器の情報を入力（機種によりMAC Address の場合もあるので注意） Enter target device details. The target device

detail could also be a MAC address.

Assign ボタンをクリック Click the assign button.


Device, PAK and SKU登録内容を確認しながら、登録内容を調整 The assignments will be displayed in the Device, PAK and

SKU Assignment table. Repeat this process until all of the

SKUs have been assigned.


内容変更が必要な場合は “Back” を押す Review and click the “Back” button to make any changes.


End User登録情報の詳細はこちらをクリック Expand the End User Details by clicking on

the plus icon.

この登録に関するEnd User情報編集はこちらで実施 Change or edit the end-user

details associated with this

transaction.


“Send To” の詳細確認はこちらをクリック Expand the Send To Details by

clicking on the plus icon.

“Send To” Email アドレスを選択 Select the “Send To” email

addresses.


“License Agreement” “ライセンス使用許諾” にチェックを入力 Check the License Agreement check box.

“Get License” をクリック Check the “Get License” button.


申請内容の確認中、ライセンスリクエストステータスボックスが表示されます The license request status box displays

a progress bar during validation.


緑のチェックマークはライセンス登録が完了したことを意味します。作業完了、または別の登録を行う場合は

“Close” をクリック A green check indicates success. Close

the dialog box to start a new transaction.


View, Resend and Download Functionality 内容確認、再送、ダウンロード機能


“Get Existing” メニュー、または、QuickStart Page で、現在ログイン中のCisco.com ID で登録済みライセンス

の登録内容確認、再送、ライセンスファイルダウンロードを実施可能 To view, resend, or download existing licenses that are

registered to your cisco.com login, go to the Quickstart

page or the “Get Existing” menu.


対象のライセンスを選択（複数選択可） Select one or more licenses from the list.

“Resend= 再送“ またはダウンロード”をクリック Select “Resend” or “Download”.

再送の場合はライセンスファイル送付先メールアドレスを、また、ダウンロードの場合はライセンスzip

ファイルの保管場所を指定 Specify addresses to resend the license or file locations to download the license

zip files.


Tandberg ライセンスのダウンロード、再送の場合は “Get Existing” 配下の“Tandberg License” を選択 To resend or download Tandberg licenses, select

“Tandberg License” from the “Get Existing” menu.

対象機のシリアル番号を入力し、“Search” にて登録されて

いるライセンス情報を表示Enter

申請内容の確認中、ライセンスリクエストステータスボックスが表示されます The license request status box displays a

progress bar during validation.


緑色のチェックはプロセスが完了した事を意味します。内容確認後Closeボタンをクリック A green check indicates success.

transaction.


Rehosting and RMA Process リホスト（別機器へのライセンス移行）・RMAプロセス


移行対象のライセンスの確認等は、“Transfer”を選択。RMAなどによる対象ライセンス全てを別機器に移行する場合は “RMA”を選択。登録ライセンスの一部を移行する場合は “Rehost-Initiate” (= リホスト開始）を選択 To view and select licenses to transfer from one device to another, go to the “Transfer” menu.

Use RMA to transfer all licenses when a device fails and use Rehost to transfer specific

licenses.


一つまたは複数の対象ライセンスを選択し、”Next” をクリック Select one or more licenses from your list and the click

“Next” .


対象ライセンスが表示されない場合はDevice Detailを入力。RMAの場合、”Add

Device” を選択し、対象機器のProduct

Familyを選択後、表示されている入力項目に入力後、”Next” をクリック If the licenses are not in the table, specify them by entering

the device details. For RMA, click “Add Device”. Select the

product family and complete the fields displayed. Then click

“Next”.


“Add License” にてライセンスを外す機器から取得したDevice Credentialを入力し、ライセンスリホスト実施 For Rehost, click “Add License” and enter the device

credential from the device or the license file emailed to you.

ライセンスファイルをMailにて受信できない場合、“Get

Existing” にてライセンスファイルをダウンロード可能 If you do not have the license file email, you

can download the license file from the “Get

Existing” menu.


ライセンスの数量を入力後、表示されている項目にリホスト先の機器情報を入力 Enter the license quantities and the target device details for

the new device. Click “Next”.


申請内容の確認 Review the assignments.

“Back” で申請内容の変更可能 Click the back button to make changes.

ライセンス使用許諾にチェックを入れて “Submit” をクリック Check the license agreement check box and

click “Submit”.


右端の＋マークをクリックで、エンドユーザー情報、Email 等変更可能 To edit the end-user details and email addresses associated with the

transaction, select the plus icon to the right of the fields.


申請内容の確認中、ライセンスリクエストステータスボックスが表示されます The license request status box displays a

progress bar during validation.


緑のチェックマークはプロセスが完了した事を意味します。これが確認できた時点で “Close”をクリック A green check indicates success.

New “My Information” Tab My Profile 新規“My Information” タブ My Profile 機能


“My Information” タブ配下の

“My Profile”をクリック Go to the “My Information” tab and select “My

Profile”.

エンドユーザー、Emailの変更 Edit End User and Email Contacts.

表示される表の行数を設定Select the default number of rows to show in

each table.


New “My Information” Tab My Transactions 新 “My Information” タブ My Transaction機能


“My Information” 配下の“My

Fransaction” をクリック Go to the “My Information” tab and select “My

Transactions”.

“More ” にてライセンストランザクション（発行・移行履歴）を確認 Click on the “More” link to view details of the transaction.


ライセンスやプロダクト情報を含むトランザクション詳細を確認

View transaction details including product and license information.


ライセンス移行元、移行先情報、製品型番等のトランザクション履歴の確認 View transaction history, including source, target and product SKUs.
