6. Comments from Participants - Wonderful event! Love your translators, they are so incredibly helpful. Oh! Study does such a good job.

- Oh! Study is a well-organized, brilliantly staffed organization made up of caring, considerate

professionals who understand the importance of helping students and their families find the college or

university that is a best fit for the needs and goals of students. Thank you for everything!

- Would like to see preview of fair brochure prior to event.

- Taipei was so large so not sure if location was a factor. I usually do not attend major large exhibitions

but like the follow up Oh! Study plans to provide. I hope it works for me to attend again. Thank you for

great interpreters and all the food snacks throughout.

- 1. Invoice for deferral payment-this is a great idea and I would like to take advantage of it but the

commitment to recruit 5 students should be within the first year. 2. Same translators for each venue. I

had 3 different interpreters. 3. Coke light and ice.

- Thank you for another great job.

- Taipei event is the best arrangement. Hsinchu is not so efficient compared with Taipei one. Thank you.

- I would like to keep attending a working with all of Oh! Study counselors. As long as we get students,

we'll keep coming back.

- Time/date scheduling needs to be considered when there is a holiday in October.

- Get fair info. and Facebook ad out to us earlier. Our marketing is more than happy to promote NC @ Oh

Study on FB+ IG for 3 weeks leading up to the event.

- We are a language program. I think it is better not to divide languages schools and universities at the

exhibit. Universities often attract more students and we have better changes to approach them. We got

more inquiries in Taipei and Hsinchu when our booth was mixed with other institutes.

- Thank you so much for all the work that goes into these fairs and taking care of the reps!! Greatly

appreciate it.

- The fair is very well organized, and we appreciate all the well-planned itinerary.

7. Appendix

7.1 Related Activities

- Samsung Gaming Equipment Experience

Samsung, Taiwan had a special information hub in the Taipei venue introducing their products with a focus on their large-display screens for video gamers. Samsung assisted to promote their event through its social media platforms and mailing lists.

- Special VIP One-on-One Interview Sessions

Oh! Study offered a unique 2-in-1 event – in addition to the open student fair, Oh! Study provided an additional event at no extra cost to OEE participants. Prior to the event opening to the public every day, one-on-one, 20-minute interviews with pre-screened, highly-interested students for school exhibitors in an intimate meeting time. Participants in the Fall 2018 OEE benefited greatly from these interview sessions and the one-on-one interviews will be used in future events.

- Seminars

In order to provide a range of useful information to the public, the Oh Study counselors conducted seminars with the unique topics and invited some speakers for the seminars during the Taipei, Kaohsiung, Taichung and Hsinchu fairs. The presentation topics ranged from how to apply f or American student visas, to tips on living, studying, and working

overseas. Speakers included representatives from the American Institute in Taiwan, British Council IELTS Testing, CTOT, and participating schools.
