港青專業進修書院是一所由香港基督教青年會(YMCA of Hong Kong)於 1992 年創辦的非牟利教育機構。本

Programme Objectives: This course is designed to upgrade students’ skills of speaking, listening,

reading and writing to the Preliminary level in preparation for taking the City and Guilds International

ESOL Diploma Examination (Preliminary Level - A1). It focuses on the skills and techniques required to

sit for the test by helping them to familiarize with the various test formats and acquire test-taking

strategies.

咖啡調配師資格證書（中文卷）

Certificate of International Award in Barista Skills (Chinese)

課程目標

課程根據City & Guilds "International Award in

Barista Skills（Chinese）" 之綱要而編訂。

本課程為有志成為咖啡調配師人士而設。透過

理論及實習令學員了解咖啡調配工作的必須

知識和技能，協助學員考取咖啡調配師資格，

取得國際認可。

內容包括：咖啡的品種及其種植的基礎知識、

咖啡機的操作和清理、調配多種不同款式的咖

啡（Espresso, Cappuccino, Caffé Latte, Filter

Coffee, Syphon Coffee）及特色飲品（Tea,

Smoothies, Chocolate, Milk）、職業衛生安全、

咖啡調配師專業型像及保持與顧客良好溝通

的技巧等。

完成課程後，學員可繼續修讀Latte Art 咖啡拉

本課程為有志投身會計行業或從事與會計相關職務人士而設。

整套課程先讓學員扎實根基，掌握基本會計知識。課程教授基

礎會計，再而學習進階會計；商業統計有助學員了解會計上的

Conditions of Participation in YMCA Organized Activities

1.In choosing to participate in this activity, the participants acknowledge and freely accept that there is a risk of personal

inquiry or loss. Such injuries could range from relatively minor strained muscles, joints and ligaments, contusions,

lacerations and such to more serious injuries such as broken bones, concussions and so forth that may result in disability

or even death.

2.The participants agree to adopt behaviors and actions that contribute to safety and prevention of injury of both

themselves and others. The YMCA provides safety rules, regulations and advice in this regard, to which the participants

are to strictly adhere.

3.The participants understand and agree that they will not hold the YMCA of Hong Kong or its officer responsible for any

loss, injury or damage to themselves or their property as a result of participation in this activity.

參加港青活動約定

1. 在選擇參加是項活動，參加者認知及自願接受中可能涉及個人受傷及損失的危險。損傷範圍可由較輕傷的肌肉、

關節及帶扭傷，瘀傷，裂傷至嚴重受傷如骨折、腦震盪等，甚或引致傷殘及死亡。

2. 參加者同意採取適當行為和方法確保安全及避免自身和他人受傷。參加者必須嚴格遵守港青提供的安全條例，

規則及建議。

3. 參加者明白及同意不會向香港基督教青年會及其工作人員追究因參加活動而引起的個人或財物損失、受傷或傷

害責任。
