Position Name: Global Professional Match Coordinator

Report to: Local Vicepresident of Outgoing Global Intership Programme (LCVP OGIP) People in Charge: Professional EP Matcher

Level/grade:

Hours 12 / week

Job Description:

This position is focused on increasing quality experience of the OGIP EPs (throughout Professional Matchers) for ensuring a faster matching process and the realization of the exchange.

.

Main Functions:

1. Oversee all Professional EP Matcher Process to ensure the match and realization. 2. Update the LC Search Tool. 3. Introduction to Platform. 4. Matching Tools Education to Professional EPs. 5. Coordinate and Make a Schedule of Matching Manias. 6. Local Matching Follow up. 7. Guarantee EP and Professional EP Matchers participation in Matching Manias. 8. Follow up on legal issues (Visa processes). 9. Make promotion in platform and other LCs. 10. Establish relation and cooperation with other LCs. 11. Constant contact with EP 12. Send EP the newsletter. 1. Create an action plan for the coordination, clear and structured goals and budget.

2. Ensure compliance with the responsibilities of members of their team, conduct effective delegation, and tracking the needs of its

members by the LP and CP.

3. Compliance with minimum membership.

4. Attend weekly team meetings and biweekly with VP.

Position Name: Global Professional Recruitment Coordinator

Report to: Local Vicepresident of Outgoing Global Intership Programme (LCVP OGIP) People in Charge: EP Professional Recruitment Manager

Job Description: This position is focused on increasing OGIP growth and process improvement. This person will be in charge together with OGCDP of Promotion (with MKT), Member Review Board (with TM), and Exchange Preparation Cycles for Exchange Participants. This person will coordinate 3 different recruitments such as In-cycle, Out Cycle and Pocket Recruitments. Also, this person should prepare AIESEC general Information Training for Exchange Participants in order to provide a better exchange. In addition, preparing a session to make the form of the EPs and following up the payment.

Main Functions:

In-cycle Recruitment / Pocket Recruitment / Out of Cycle Recruitment 1. Analyze and define strategic products of professional programme and markets with OGIP and MK Team.

2. Work with OC Recruitment. 3. Align OGIP goals with LC Recruitment Goals.

4. Promotion: Executive informative sessions on selected markets with the whole LC. 5. Organize MRB.

6. Set up selection board.

7. Work with TM on Talent Selection for Exchange. 8. Get involvement of LC Members.

9. Have TM train OGIP members on Talent Selection Exchange.

10. Get involvement of external ally (preferably a psychologist, languages institute). 11. Align OGIP goals with International Cooperation Strategy.

12. Achieve Raising. 13. Create an action plan for the coordination, clear and structured goals and budget.

Position Name: High Quality Exchange Coordinator

Report to: Local Vicepresident of Outgoing Global Intership Programme (LCVP OGIP) People in Charge: Quality Managers

Job Description: This position is focused on the adequate tracking of the experience of the OGIP EPs from the beginning till the end, related on quality experience, strong introduction plan, following up and reintegration to the LC.

Main Functions:

5. Coordinate the Quality Team.

6. Create and implement monitoring strategies for EPs from I2A process, going through the complete EP Flow.

7. Implement strategies to integrate the EPs to the committee's activities (Assemblies, EPAs, Global Village,

Showcasings, Etc.)

8. Design, plan and implement strategies for enhancing the culture of exchange in our membership and motivate them

to learn about OGIP processes.

9. Teaming up with other OGIP coordinators to assure the processes quality.

10. Work with TM for the process of EPs Expectations setting.

11. Develop strategies to ensure communication with abroad EPs.

12. Welcome & Farewell Package, creation and delivery for OGIP EPs.

13. Empower your team members by designating specific tasks and assure they are working with quality and consistent

with the standards and needs of the organization.

14. Implement tools for control and monitoring processes.

15. Document all processes performed.

16. Following up to the coordination members.

17. Ensure preparation and attendance of EPs at events such as: I2@, External Seminar, OPS/XPS, Global Village & EPA.

18. Create an action plan for the coordination, clear and structured goals and budget.

19. Ensure compliance with the responsibilities of members of their team, conduct effective delegation, and tracking the

needs of its members by the LP and CP.

20. Compliance with minimum membership.

21. Attend weekly team meetings and biweekly with VP.

This position is focused on the proper management of recruitment cycles to guarantee a successful selection for exchange. Also must help to prepare AIESEC General information training for Exchange Participants and get involve in a exchange process if it is necessary.
