three sample pieces and out of which one is send to the buyer. If there any alternation is

needed, then it will send back for modification and buyer places the order. Finally that order

moves to the production department and production starts.

The sample pieces are printed in the sample department itself and not in the

printing section of the production department. According to the design plates are designed and

Being a 100% export oriented unit Cochin Exports is now

in the position of the top exporter of coir products in India. “CUSTOMER

SATISFACTION” products are the success mantra of Cochin Exports.

The organizational study in COCHIN EXPORTS (P) Ltd helped me to

understand the various functions of an organization. It helped me to understand

the functioning of different departments and how they are coordinated and

managed to achieve a common goal.

This study was of immense help to me in every sense. It gave a

good exposure to me academically as well as professionally.

I wish all the success for COCHIN EXPORTS in the future.
