1 2 The  Compensa>on  Plan  

 

1.   Retail  Sales  -­‐  Profit  100%  and  More…                                                      (Profit  between  Wholesale  Purchase  and  Retail  Sale).  

 2.   Fast  Start  Bonuses  -­‐  $20,  $80,  &  $150                                                                  

(Based  on  the  Biz  Pack  your  Personal  Associates  start  with  in  OG).    3.   Dual  Team  Bonus  -­‐  10%,  15%,  20%                                        

(Commissions  based  on  the  Weekly  New  Associates  Sign  Ups  generated  within  the  Dual  Team).  

 4.   Residual  Income  /  Re-­‐orders  -­‐  Up  to  32%                      

(Based  on  all  the  re-­‐orders  purchased  within  your  organizaGon    up  to  nine  (9)  levels).

 7.  Global  Bonus  Pool  -­‐  3%  (Sharing  Three  (3%)  of  Global

Every   associate   that   enrolls   with   OG  receives   ONLY   TWO   Business   Centers  to  build  their  organizaGon.    Every   new   associate   joining   your   Dual  Team   should   be   posiGoned   on   the  EXTREME  OUTSIDE   sides   of   your   Dual  Team.    You   will   receive   a   Dual   Team   Bonus  Commissions   based   on   the   IniGal   OG  Business  Pack  you  have  purchased.    Dual   Team   Bonus   is   paid   for   all   NEW  associates   you   enroll   as   well   as   every  associate  they  sponsor.    Also,  by  others  who   have   being   placed   in   your   Dual  Team   by   other   associates   above   your  posiGon.

1.  Join  OG  with  any  of  the  3  Business  Packs.    

2.  Enroll  Your  FIRST  TWO  (2)  Personal  Associates  (one  on  each  side  of  your  Dual  Team).  

 

3.  Maintain  personal  monthly  purchase  between  50  –  100  –  200  PV  (based  on  your  Rank).  

 

4.  Make  sure  at  least  a  minimum  of  TWO  (2)  personal  associates  are  acGve  with  a  minimum  personal  minimum  purchase  of  50  PV  (one  on  each  side  of  your  dual  team).  

 

5.  Produce  a  minimum  of  300  CV  comisionable  volume,  on  either  side  of  your  dual  team.    

In  the  event  that  your  either  side  of  your  Dual    Team  does  NOT  have  a  minimum  of  300  CV  per  week,    the  accumulate  volume  will  remain  stored  for  you  to  collect  on,  as  long  as  you  comply  with  the    

qualificaDon  requirements.
