18.30 - Bragdið organises an Ólavsøku running compitition for people at all age. The

route is from Skálatrøð – Vágsbotn – úti undi Bakka.

11.00 – 20.00 The Ólavsøka Art Exhibition is open in the Faroe Islands Art Gallery.

11.00 - The procession from the Parliament building to the Cathedral by the members

of Parliament and the Government, the clergy and leading civil servants. Ann

Dahl Olsen delivers the sermon.

12.00 - The procession goes back from the Cathedral to the Parliament. The St. Olaf

choir performs on the lane uteside the Parliament building.

13.00 – 14.00 The Parliament officially opens

13.00 – 04.00 Fun fair in Steinatún
