Patent Technology – (CCTV)Wireless Remote Control Inspection

According to the requirements of ICAS, the close-up survey of ship structure shall meet the

hand-on requirements. For positions inaccessible to surveyor, the patented device can be

adopted and carried by a qualified spider-man to the designated survey position for visual

inspection and non-destructive testing under the remote control of surveyor. The patented

device meets the requirements of ICAS and has been recognized by many classification

societies through cooperation with surveyors of ABS, DNV, BV and CCS.


According to Tied & Tying Equipment Safety Inspection Specification for offshoreoil facility, two times of allowable loading test should be conducted to tied parts inservice no more than 5 years, or after major repaired, alteration, etc. and to thetying parts if necessary, as below.

Generally, the operation of loading test conducted by water bag or weight block. It is complex, waste time and energy and seriously hazardous.
