From the Managing Director's Desk

Few years back in India, Roofing was limited to 12m long sheets. Then, we

came across a challenge to provide jointless roof at 3 degree slop which is

almost a flat roof. We manufactured and installed 142m long sheet for Honda

car plant, which is a record in Asia. We are now using 12m to 100m long single

sheets for various projects and we are coming out with more of innovative and

dynamic roofing solutions for the future.

We are offering 20mm to 170mm deep profiles to our customers in the Indian

market for Roofing, Steel Metal Decking and Side-Walls. We promise to offer

maintenance and trouble free roofing solutions to the industry and the

process of adopting latest roofing technology and innovation will never stop.

We believe in continuous improvement in our company so we adapted to

SAP ERP for better management of our business process TEKLA, MBS,

AUTOCAD, CFS and STAAD-PRO softwares give us better designing

capabilities. We have strengthen our communications with proper IT

infrastructure with video conferencing facility. We will keep upgrading

ourselves to serve our customer better.

Multicolor� Steels, ever since the advent of Color Coated Steel sheets in India in early 90's, embarked on a mission to change the landscape of industrial estates with beautiful industrial buildings clad with colorful steel sheets.

We started as a specialized company in 1994, providing complete services of design, erection of color coated metal roofing & wall cladding system in the Indian market, supported by Blue Scope Steel, Australia. In late 90's, we started promoting Pre-Engineered Buildings supported by Butler USA.

We started our own manufacturing unit at IMT Manesar in 2002 to offer variety of roofing sheets and other metal components. In the year 2013, we commenced production of Next-Generation Metal Pre-Engineered Building in the brand name of Multi-Star from our new plant at Bawal, Haryana.

Gradually adding more and more products, we developed a complete portfolio of Metal roofing Systems, Steel decking, Insulated Panels, Prefabricated Cabins, Purlin, Ventilation systems etc to offer complete range of Metal Building Products from one single source to fulfill all the needs of a project.

Over a period of time, we developed the expertise and capabilities to offer a wide variety of products & services to supply, erect and maintain World class Metal Buildings.

We have well equipped modern production facilities and a team of experienced, qualified Engineers & Technicians who translate the ideas & dreams into real Buildings that are strong, durable, safe, secure, beautiful & aesthetic.

Our Journey

so far� Multicolor� Steels is the first to Install site formed single length roofing sheets >100 meters.

We are the first in India having formed and installed up to 140mts long (earlier industry standards was 12 meters

max) single metal roofing sheets without any joints for customer like Honda car, Denso, Honda, Samsung, Moserbaer, Samtel, Hindustan Times, Balco etc.

Our products and services are recommended for major projects of corporate, Government and semi Government by architects and consultants.

Each component of Multi-Star PEB� ismanufactured on state of the artCNC machines in our facilities.

Multicolor� Steels plant based at IMT Manesar and Bawal Haryana offer a wide

range of Metal Roofing, Wall cladding, Steel Decking, Insulated Sandwich Panels,

Prefabricated Cabins, Purlin sections, and Ventilation systems with production

capacity of approx 75,000 ton/annum.

We have state-of-the art, CNC and fully automatic roll forming machines for various

profiles which give us good quality & quantity of required profiles with less man power

& less consumption of time & electricity, making Multicolor� Steels the leading

producer & supplier of Metal roofing & Wall cladding systems in India.

At Bawal, Haryana, we have already established state-of-the-art structural

fabrication plant for manufacturing of PEB (Pre-engineered Building) structures and

heavy structures. The world class manufacturing facility is equipped with

independent automatic beam welding production lines backed up with latest

automatic and semi automatic machines for cutting, hole making and welding

processes with high speed, accuracy and repeatability. The plant has an installed

fabrication capacity to manufacture 35,000 metric ton/annum. This standalone plant

has the facility to manufacture each and every component required in a PEB Building.
