Assisted in talent acquisition and recruitment processes. The process involved collecting resumes through different platforms like Naukri.com and IIMjobs.com job portals, organizing the resumes which were submitted through Employee Referral Program(ERP) and maintaining the Resumes for the candidates kept on hold for future business requirements. Conducting the initial screening of the candidates for different profiles in PPI department and coordinating and organizing for the conduct of the next rounds for the successful candidates. Development of monthly and annual reports of all the Recruitment done, in progress and expected future requirements in the PPI departments. Used to share and discuss these reports with the PPI Managers and HR Department. Informing the Third Party Firm/Vendor for the Background Verification and Documents check of the selected candidates. Sending the Offer Letter to the candidates and completing the joining formalities with the new joiners. Coordinating with the HR Department for any already arranged induction program, else used to conduct induction for new joiners along with other colleagues. Organizing the Training for the New Joiners as per their Departments and maintaining the Schedules and Time-Tables. Have also shadowed twice the certified Trainers at Barclays for the Process Training Programs. After the successful completion of Process Training by the new joiners used to participate in the discussion with Managers for their Team allocation. Conducting Exit Interviews for the Employees who are willing to leave the organization. Proposing possible solutions in consideration to the Employee Retention Policy of the company. Sending invites, reminders and information to the employees of PPI regarding various trainings available or pending on LMS(Learning Management System). Working for Employee Engagement Programs like Reward and Recognition, CSR Activities, Team Lunch, Fun Activities and Outing. Organizing Open House discussions with Teams. Analysis and forecast of the possible huddles that might come across pertaining to organizational and space planning . Determining the ways to get the BAU unaffected by the current changes or unavailability of facilities at the WAR-Site of Barclays. Worked for the Enhancement of department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests pertaining to the facilities at WAR-Site.
