Multibreton RC è una macchina raffilatrice per filagne di marmo o granito che può essere equipaggiata con un numero massimo di tre mandrini da taglio, dei quali due regolabili in larghezza ed uno fisso, contrapposto in posizione centrale. Le filagne vengono trasportate da un nastro multitele rivestito con uno spesso strato di gomma, atto a ricevere le incisioni dei dischi di taglio.

The Multibreton RC is a trimming machine for marble or granite strips that can be equipped with up to three cutting spindles: two spindles are adjustable in width while the central one is fixed.Strips are conveyed by a multiply belt covered by a thick layer of rubber designed to accept the cuts from the diamond blades.

Multibreton RC I mandrini di taglio

I due mandrini di taglio regolabili in larghezza sono posizionabili manualmente lungo tutto il ponte con un sistema vite/chiocciola, e scorrono su guide chiuse in bagno d’olio, protette da un efficace carter a labirinto d’acqua. A richiesta, il posizionamento dei singoli mandrini avviene in modo motorizzato sequenziale, agendo sui comandi della pulsantiera.Raggiunta la posizione desiderata, i mandrini vengono bloccati per mezzo di bloccaggio idraulico.Tutti i mandrini di taglio sono escludibili verticalmente in modo indipendente per mezzo di pistone pneumatico. L’avanzamento regolare e rettilineo delle filagne è garantito da un gruppo di pressori verticali, da un gruppo di pressori orizzontali e da una guida di riscontro orizzontale in acciaio antiusura. La regolazione del sistema dei pressori verticali e della guida di riscontro, al variare della larghezza delle filagne, è autocentrante e viene realizzata agendo su un unico comodo volantino.

The cutting spindles

The two adjustable cutting spindles can be manually positioned along the bridge through a screw/lead nut system and slide on guides encased in an oil bath and protected by a water labyrinth seal.On request, operating from the push-button panel the positioning of each individual spindle can be motorized and sequential.When spindles arrive to the programmed position, hydraulic clamps lock them firmly in place on the bridge.All cutting spindles can be independently excluded in height by means of a pneumatic piston.The smooth and straight advancement of strips over the conveyor belt is assured by a system of vertical and horizontal pressor rollers and by a horizontal guide made of wear-resistant steel.When the width of strips changes, the adjustment of both the guide and the vertical pressor system is self-centering and is obtained by simply turning a single handwheel.

L’unità di gestione

I comandi generali per l’accensione, lo spegnimento ed il controllo della macchina sono comodamente posizionati frontalmente all’operatore Per le operazioni di posizionamento dischi è in dotazione una piccola pulsantiera portatile che permette all’operatore di comandare in sicurezza lo spostamento dei mandrini all’interno dell’area di lavoro della macchina.

Le protezioniNei paesi in cui la normativa lo prevede, la macchina viene fornita dotata delle opportune barriere antinfortunistiche a norme CE.

The control unit

All the general controls to start and switch-off the machine are located in front of the operator.A small portable push-button panel is available for the blade positioning operations so that the operator can safely command the spindle displacement inside the working area.

ProtectionsWhen supplied to countries where such rules must be observed, the machine is supplied complete with the suitable accident-prevention barriers conforming to CE regulations.
