The 4 steeples are St Catherines

(rebuilt in 1957), The Rathaus

(1897). St Nicolai (1874) St Michaelis

(rebuilt 1952).

Look for information on the other 4 churches / search for images of <Hamburg Steeples> / <Hamburg churches> on Flickr, Google Images, etc. (Take care not to make assumption all steeples are from churches!)

Note how St Michael’s Church is described in the Google description: “St. Michael's Church, is one of Hamburg's five Lutheran main churches…”

Go back to the question: “Which of these is the oldest steeple? Identify each steeple and give its construction date?” There is an assumption in the question that all 4 steeples are linked or connected in some way.
