La problemática de la planeación de proyectos no ha sido una problemática reciente, si no que

desde tiempos pasados nuestros antepasados han enfrentado emprendimientos de gran

envergadura que significaron una problemática desde el punto de la planificación.

PERT: Las traducciones de las siglas en inglés significan: técnica de revisión y evaluación de

programas, es una técnica de redes desarrollado en la década de los 5.
