MEETING Under the title Possible Agreements, the work process during the meeting that will take place in Cádiz (14‐17 th june) will be organized around three main topics: AGREE. Sustainability of artistic practices JOIN. Public‐private collaboration . CROSS. Mobility and visibility. These topics have been set forth by the organization from a series of interviews with a group of fifty professionals in dance, movement arts and contemporary creation of the Latin American community and other cultural and social fields. All the information from these interviews is available at www.mov‐s.org/temas‐para‐ el‐debate‐en‐mov‐s (only in Spanish). These topics and other interesting projects have been discussed during the lasts weeks through the social media (www.facebook.com/Movs2012 and @movs2012). The three main topics will be approached during the meeting in independent workshops*. The aim of every group will be to debate the topic, to diagnose the present situation, to outline future strategic lines and, finally, make a common proposal of project that could be developed in a collective way after the meeting. Every workshop will be coordinated by a group of mediators who will work to get the debates and its documentation. The final results will be published in one book.

MEETING
Under the title Possible Agreements, the work process during the meeting that will
take place in Cádiz (14‐17th june) will be organized around three main topics:

16:30 – Institutional opening. 17:00 – Opening lecture: Project Fundación de Los Comunes. Friday, 15th June
9:00 – 10:00 – Collective class of Naam Yoga. 10:00 – 14:00 – Workshops*. 16:00 – 17:30 – Presentation of projects related to the topics discussed in MOV‐S 2012. Saturday, 16th June
9:00 – 10:00 – Collective class of Naam Yoga. 10:00 – 14:00 – Workshops*. 16:00 – 17:30 – Presentation of projects related to the topics discussed in MOV‐S 2012. Sunday, 17th June
12:00 – 14:00 – Presentation of the findings of the working groups and closing.
*Every workshop will have one working table in English and another in Portuguese and
simultaneous translation into English.
