Reactivitate = marime care carcterizeaza functionarea unui reactor nuclear (cf. DEX, fiz) capacitatea unui atom, a unei molecule sau a unui radical de a participa la o reactie chimica. (cf. DEX, chim)
Reactivitatea este reglata prin adaugarea materialelor care fie absorb (otravesc), modereaza (incetinesc) sau reflecta (modifica scurgerile) de neutroni
