春季休暇中の旅行計画•春季休暇中の旅行計画に従って行動を予定している者は、•ワシントン州及びカリフォルニア州では旅行先の多くで観光地・観光施設などが閉鎖されている恐れがあり、•またその他の州や地域でも同様なことが予想されます。•さらに、飛行機のフライトが取り消されたり、予定されているイベントが中止されたり、旅行先に制限がかけられたりすることも予想されます。•この時期の旅行には、以上のようにリスクが伴うことがありうることを考慮して下さい。

On-line Instruction•President Thorsett, WU announced that • “Willamette University will shift all of its instruction to

online in all schools beginning Monday, March 16, and continuing through Monday, April 13.” • TIUA is also planning to shift to on-line instruction in

accordance with WU. •Detailed information about ASP on-line classes has

been provided by the Director of Academic Affairs Lora Yasen yesterday. Please never fail to follow it.

遠隔授業・オンライン指導への移行•ウィラメット大学ソーセット学長からのメッセージによると、•私たちのASPもその一部であるウィラメット大学の教育・指導は全てオンラインへと移行します。•移行時期は、3月16日（月）から4月13日（月）までの予定です。•これに合わせ、TIUAでもオンライン指導へと移行します。•ASPのオンライン授業の詳細は、学術教育担当ディレクターのローラ・ヤセン教授よりお知らせした内容に従って下さい。•なお、COVID-19の今後の状況次第では、こうした決定に加え、他の対策が採用されることもあり、またオンライン指導の時期が延長されることもありえます。

Residence and Health Care/Dining Services

•President Thorsett also mentioned that •students “may remain on campus. •Students who remain on campus will still take their classes remotely• and essential services such as Bishop Health and campus dining facilities will continue to be available to them.”

キャンパスでの学習・生活環境を維持•ソーセット学長の声明はさらに、•在学中の学生は自宅に戻ることもできれば、キャンパスにとどまることもできることを明記しています。•キャンパスにとどまる場合も、遠隔授業・遠隔指導を受けることが可能であり、•またビショップ健康・保健室のサービスやキャンパス内での食事提供施設の利用が引き続き可能です。•なお、ASP学生の皆さんはウ大キャンパスで引き続き生活を行うことになります。

•今後の連絡・お知らせなどをよく理解し、•決して誤った情報や噂話などに惑わされることのないように注意して下さい。•健康状況や緊急事態のご質問は、これまでの指導や緊急用のイエローカードの記載に従って下さい。•また、教職員のオフィスに訪ねてくる時には、メール・電話などで事前にご連絡下さい。
