Two hydropower projects, Pak Beng hydropower project and

Sanakham hydropower project are under construction with installed

capacity over 1,500MW. Meanwhile, negotiations for cooperation on

In order to solve the problem of remote, dispersed

and inconvenient transportation of domestic organic

waste disposal, the ion mineralization processor of

domestic waste is specially developed, which is

complementary to the centralized treatment of scale, so

生活垃圾离子矿化处理器原理:处理器内是类似窑

洞设计,实现积雨云的“仿生态环境”。在钢系元素塑

造的特定结构形式中,创造自然界“闪电”形成的环境

条件,即正、负离子聚集、亲和的条件。生活垃圾在处

理器内启动时一次加热,经多种物理方法组合的离子炼

化,有机物的热值被释放,分解出水蒸气和灰分,即原

矿物质。

Principle of municipal waste ion mineralization processor: the

inside of the processor is similar to the cave design, realizing the

"imitation ecological environment" of cumulonimbus cloud. In the

specific structural forms formed by steel elements, the

environmental conditions for the formation of natural "lightning" are

created, that is, the conditions of positive and negative ions

aggregation and affinity. Municipal waste is heated once when it is

started in the processor, and the heat value of organic matter is

released through the ion refining combined by various physical

methods, which decomposes water vapor and ash, i.e., raw mineral

matter.

检验报告 Test report

依据BG18485—2014 生活垃圾焚烧污染控制标准,GB5085.3—2007 危险废物鉴别标准、浸出毒性鉴别标准,对

生活垃圾离子炼化处理器的排放气体,残渣渗出毒性、灰渣成分等检测分析,检测结果符合国家环境标准要求。

二噁英的生成温度为250℃—550 ℃,最佳温度为400 ℃。处理器工作温度最高不超过200℃,不具备生成条件。

According to the BG18485-2014 standard for the control of incineration pollution of municipal garbage, GB5085.3-2007 standard for the identification of hazardous waste,

and the standard for the identification of leachate toxicity, the detection and analysis of the emission gas, residue exudation toxicity, and ash composition of the ionic refining

processor of municipal garbage are in accordance with the requirements of national environmental standards.

Dioxin formation temperature is 250 ℃, 550 ℃, the best temperature is 400 ℃.Processor working temperature is highest do not exceed 200 ℃, does not have to generate

conditions.
