men’smedalcompetitionoffwhiteteesandplayedinJuly/Augustfrom2017.Thedatewillbeonthefixturecardnextyear.MythankstoStuartMurphyandTrevor’sfamily.The9HolePar3eventhadtobecancelledduetolackofsupportbutwemightfitthisinonaSundayatalaterdate.TherewillbeaQuizNightonNovember18thwhichisonthefixturecard.Teamsof4(visitorsarewelcome).I’msuresomeofouryoungermemberswillbeupforit!APieNighthasbeenorganisedforFriday7thOctoberandIhopememberswillsupportthis.Asheethasbeenplacedonthesocialboardforyoutosignupforthisevent.TheLadiesPrizeGivingisWednesday12thOctoberandthemen’sSausageSupperonFriday21stOctober.Trophieswillbepresentedattheseevents.I’msuretherewillbesignupsheetsavailableshortly.

Hi everyone, Things are starting to slow down now so you will be pleased to hear that my newsletter will be much shorter! Our star player Tiffany has represented Norfolk ladies in the national counties final at Waterlooville and they finished 3rd which is a huge achievement and we are very proud of her. Another outstanding score of 41points in the September Stableford was posted by Dang Kittisak who was cut by 3 shots to 16 handicap bearing in mind it was over 30 degrees and 3 of us finished after 9 holes because of the heat! We have our autumn foursomes competition coming up and will let you know the results next time. The Ladies Autumn Open was a great success with 40 players taking part and many compliments about the course. Let's hope we won't need our winter woolies on too soon. Best wishes Tracy
