October 2012

This is some 500 Km off the Australian coast. First oil was achieved in October 2011. Glas Dowr is operating successfully on the Kitan field, located in the Timor Sea.

Field Operators are ENI Australia with participating interests by Talisman Resources and Inpex Timor Sea. Prior to commissioning on the Kitan

Field, the Glas Dowr production and processing facilities were upgraded and modified at Sembawang shipyard in Singapore. The Glas Dowr

first commenced operation in August 1997 on the Durward and Dauntless field for Amerada Hess in the North Sea. She was then further

modified in Cape Town South Africa and achieved first oil on the sable Field for PetroSA and Dallas based partner company

Pioneer Natural resources.
