Project Title :"Body Dents Identification and Root Cause Analysis by using 7QC Tools and proposing Counter Measures for the Dents"

Abstract:The Purpose of the Project is to reduce the dents on the body which are one of the defects in the paint shop trolleys which are used in the painting booth & Reduction of gap between trolleys to trolley. Here we found the causes for the observed body dents and we are proposing counter measures for that dents that reduce the dents on the body and. Also I have suggested that to maintain the gap between the two bodies while loading and unloading. Productivity measures are often used to indicate the capacity of a nation to harness its human and physical resources to generate economic growth.Main Project:

ProjectTitle : "Optimum Utilization of Compressed Air"

Abstract: In this project we are explaining about “OPTIMUM UTILISATION OF COMPRSSED AIR”is a source that produces and store the energy required for operating tools so by regularlyconducting system audit, and preventing leakages we can improve the efficiency of compression system.
