group 云南中豪商业集团成立于 2008 年 5 月，由浙江义乌商业投资团队出资筹建，是一家以商业地产开发为主体的大型综合性股份制企业。现公司旗下螺蛳湾国际商贸城一、二期已正式投入使用，入住商户 4 万余户，经营商品 28 个大类，商品种类数以万计，公司加工基地 120 万平方，仓储基地 66 万平方为云南省桥头堡重要的商贸口岸。

Yunnan Zhonghao commercial group, a huge comprehensive joint-stock enterprise focusing on real estate. It was founded in May 2008, proposed and established by businessmen from Yiwu Zhejiang provinces. And two phases of commercial building have already been put into operation, with 40,000 business owners setting up their shops that cover 28 categories of commodities. Process industrial park covers an area of 1.2 million square meters, warehouse and logistic city covers an area of 660,000 square meters which make it an important portal for business and trade of Yunnan province.

螺蛳湾商城是面向西南地区和东南亚、南亚，中东，集中国乃至世界的名品，精品的特大型国际商贸展示中心，交易中心、流通中心。

螺蛳湾商城总建筑面积约 810 万平米，汇集了服装、鞋、皮具箱包、针织、工艺品、日常用品等 18 个大行业、数千个小业种、近两万商家的数百万件商品在此经营，目前经营势头火爆，日均人流量达 20-35 万人。

LITC is a huge international exhibition/trading and distribution center for those famous and good products from both domestic and abroad (mainly from Southeast Asia, South Asia and middle east).

The total area of LITC is 8.1 million square meters, it includes a great number of industries, such as :cloth, shoes, leather product, bag, hosiery, handcrafts, daily use products, there are 18 categories in total, and thousands small business industries, about 20,000 commercial tenants running business here. With an average daily population flow between 150,000 and 200,000.

物流仓储园区占地 1000 亩，规划建设仓库 120 万平方米。一期总建筑面积 256714.43 平方米，拥有仓库 50 栋，综合楼 2 栋，均为五层建筑。仓储二期全框架、生态仓储物流园区内配套设施齐全，覆盖网络，为商户提供 24 小时全方位多功能的立体交叉式服务。

The warehouse and logistic center covers an area of 660,000 square meters, planned warehouse covers an area of 1.2 million square meters. Total building area of the first phase is 256,714.43 square meters, with 50 warehouses, 2 comprehensive buildings (all five floors high). The second phase of warehouse is fully equipped with a wide range of facilities, covered by internet, all of which provide shops with all-round and multi-functional services.

项目总用地 2000 余亩，概算总投资 100 亿元，规划建设标准厂房170 万平方米，宿舍 60 万平方米，教育研发中心 25 万平方米，总建筑面积 255 万平方米，项目全部建成投运后，将吸引 500 家左右企业入驻，产业工人将超过 10 万，将形成年销售过百亿、税利超10 亿的生产规模。

The project covers an area of 1.5 million square meters in total, with an estimated investment capital of 10 billion RMB. Planned workshop area 1.7 million square meters, dormitory area 600,000 square meters, education research center 250,000 square meters, total building area 2.55 million square meters, after the whole project being finished, it will attract around 500 enterprises come to set up their shops, which will create more than 100,000 jobs, a business dimension filled up with 10 billion in trade and more than 1 billion revenue will be formed.

Equipped with modern service, based on a series of facilities, such as: commodity inspection/finance/insurance/entry and exit administration/intellectual property protection, LITC make a fulfillment to commodity warehouse entry/declaration/commodity inspection and transportation.

公司下设国际商品展示区。目前泰国、缅甸、阿富汗、尼泊尔、马来西亚、斯里兰卡、印度、巴基斯坦等国家的公司已经进驻国际商品展示区，展销各自国家的特色商品。展示区满足了消费者对国外产品的消费需求，并使广大消费者在购物中加深对东南亚、南亚文化的了解。

此外南亚八国和东盟十国工商会也已在我公司设立代表处 ,便于各国商会开展对本国商户的招商引资、本国在华商人的沟通联络及对螺蛳湾国际商贸城本国商品的经营、管理工作。

The company has set up international commodities exhibition hall. The following countries have set up their shops in the exhibition hall: Thailand 、 Myanmar 、 Afghan 、 Nepal 、 Malaysia 、 Sri Lanka 、 India and Pakistan for showcasing their characteristic products.
