Bo Xilai who is high ranking on CCP officials, fallen down due to prosecuted

in the case of bribery, embezzlement, abusing power and his wife, Gu Kailai, was

extrajudicial killing British businessman punished because financial conflicts. This

issue is widely discuss in local news and global news.These problems are reflected intraditional culture,political, economic and changing attitude of social.

Since Chinese culture, about Guanxithat teach everybody to care each other

especially, family and relatives. If something happens to them, you should help them

whatever, is a right or wrong way, for example, Gu Lailai who is a wife of Bo Xilai

was accused to be a murder so his husband Bo Xilai use official power to protect his

wife from accusation. During the investigation, police reveal that Gu Kailai was

killed businessman because she want to protect her son. Police office said that she

cannot use law and culture to decide which case is right or not? Because law and

culture are contract so we should separate the way of thinking in two ways.

According to Chinese traditional Guanxi,It also link to the reason of

corruption issue. The main purpose of violence the law, the main purpose of this

group of people is to help family and relatives to achieve the goal of corruption

resulting in earn much more money. Government officials have to gain benefit from

their power of high ranking. They have to take bribes from rich people and enjoy

with their possessions. They have to spend some of money to investment and

exchange money to other countries.

In the economics system, china is the one of the biggest market in the world.

Population and natural resources of china hit one of the most powerful nation, As a

result of this there are various business and market activities are set up factory in

China. The main advantage is a low salary which company has to pay for Chinese

people, resulting in increasing the capability and competitiveness of the company.

However, Bo xilai news become to a big impact on business. According to, economic

review by Ministry of Financial, It shows that the number of business investment in

China significantly reduce because they apprehensive about this situation will effectto their business. The corruption of government officer is one reason of why China

still have the gap between rich and poor people.

The political in china, Chinese people not trusted the government has ability to

keep China growing because CCP shown disharmony of high ranking officer and not

honest with social destroy image of CCP. They have to hide the fault of each other by

control media. But In Bo xilai case, the governments try to show that they to be

honest by allow social media to join this lawsuit. Now CCP is continue to solve

corruption, speed up economic and political systems problembecause dont want this

issue to make China fall down.

According to, people survey it reveal that Most Public know about Bo xilai

news, people in Chongqing, accept that Bo xilai have been corrupt before. But they

think corruption isntthe main reason to arrest him. Furthermore the survey reveal

what most people attitude about corruption issue, they think the corruption is a

normal thing that high ranking officer has to do. Some people in charge as high

ranking officer job because it can gain lot of benefit by rich and poor people , for

instance, when they had do some project of city or country , will gain much money

because have to corruption and have gained some money offer of businessman.

These point it easy way to be a rich people and have powerful.

On the other hand, some people disappoint for the way working of Chinese

government officer, political system. They think Bo xilai is unlucky officer who have

bad wife that make his power comes to the end and rich people not care other people,

they just want to gain their benefit and pinch other.

Finally, the corruption and prosecuted issue have to be solved. New generation

have to teach about the moral that is a tool which can help them to justify between

right and wrong way. Furthermore, balancing system of high ranking officer is

required. Solving this problem is very difficult, especially in starting state of

changing people point of view. Law is a culture regulation which different from what

people believe in their culture. The regulation is clearly discrimination between right

and wrong. In addition, how to penalty people who violence the law.
