This programme is specifcally designed to preparestudents or direct entry to the second year o an
undergraduate degree.
You can choose to study a three term, three and
a hal term or our term International Year One,
depending on your academic and English levels.
There are fve routes:J Business and ManagementJ Computer ScienceJ EngineeringJ JournalismJ Media Studies
All routes are modular in structure. You will study core
modules common to each route plus subject-specifc
modules, each careully designed to ocus on the
academic areas most useul to your chosen degree.

The Pre-Masters is a two-term programme designedto give international students the skills, knowledge
and confdence to succeed on a Masters degree.
It combines academic subjects, study skills and
English Language training.
