HAKKIMIZDA

Şirketimiz 16.7.1993 tarihinde Ankara’da kurulmuştur. 3568 sayılı SerbestMuhasebecilik Mali Müşavirlik Kanunu hükümlerine göre firmalarının ticaridefterlerini tutma, defterlere uygun halde mali ve finans tablolarını hazırlamamali müşavirlik danışmanlık, denetimi vermektedir.

Türk Ticaret Kanunu, Vergi Usul Kanunu , Borçlar kanunu uyarınca, şirketlerin,vakıfların, derneklerin, tarım satış koop. birlikleri , spor kulüplerinin,fabrikaların, uygunluk denetimi, finansal modelleme analizi hazırlanması, finansyönetimi ve takibi. İcra ve İflas Kanunu ile konkordato hukukunun temelşartları konkordato ön projelerinin hazırlanması, revize projelerinhazırlanması, mahkemeye müracaat geçici ve kesin mühlet süreçlerininyönetimi danışmanlığı.

Amerika ve İngiltere’de uygulanmakta olan Türk İcra İflas Hukukuna Avrupa ile1980 yıllarda Dünya bankası ve İMF‘nin önerisi ile uygulanmaya konulan Borcabatık şirketlerin yeniden yapılandırılması uygulaması (İİK 309 m.) diğer biradıyla yargı öncesi uzlaşma müessesesi yeniden yapılandırma projelerininhazırlanması ve borca batıklıktan, iflastan kurtulma yöntemlerininbelirlenmesi.

1970 yılında doğmuştur. Hacettepe Üniversitesi İktisat bölümünden 1993 yılında mezun olmuştur.

İLETİŞİM SMMM LTD. ŞTİ. – Ruşen Çolak’ın kurucusu olduğu, merkezi Ankara olan İletişim Serbest Muhasebe Mali Müşavirlik Limited Şirketi 16.07.1993 yılında faaliyete geçmiş ve halen mali müşavirlik, denetim ve danışmanlık faaliyetlerini sürdürmektedir.

SAFİYE ÇİFTÇİ

1994 yılında Ankara’da doğdu. 2013’ de Mehmetçik Anadolu Lisesinden ve 2018’ deZonguldak Bülent Ecevit Üniversitesi İktisadi İdari Bilimler Fakültesi MaliyeBölümünden mezun oldu.

Ağustos 2019 tarihinden itibaren İletişim Serbest Muhasebeci Mali MüşavirlikLimited Şirketi Bünyesinde Muhasebe Meslek Elemanı olarak Çalışmaktadır.

Yabancı dil olarak İngilizce bilmektedir.

SENAY GÜNAYDIN

1983 Ankara doğumludur. 2015 yılı Açık Öğretim Üniversitesi İşletme Fakültesi İşletme Bölümü mezunudur.

2011 yılında SMMM belgesini almış, mesleki faaliyetini devam ettirmektedir.

2014 yılından itibaren İletişim Mali Müşavirlik Limited Şirketi bünyesinde çalışmalarına devam etmektedir.

Bağımsız denetçilik için sınav süreci hala devam etmektedir.

GİZEM CANAN YILMAZ

1996 yılında Ankara’da doğmuştur. 2014’de Özel Çağrı Anadolu Lisesini ve 2019’daAtılım Üniversitesi Mühendislik Fakültesi Endüstri Mühendisliği Bölümünü bitirmiştir.

Eğitim hayatı boyunca Atılım Üniversitesi IESC (Industrial Engineering Student Club)kulübünde etkin rol almıştır.

Ekim 2019 tarihinden itibaren İletişim Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik LimitedŞirketinde stajyer olarak çalışmaktadır.

Yabancı dil olarak İngilizce bilmektedir.

CONCORDATUM LAW CONSULTANCY

The dictionary meaning of bankruptcy, which is an Arabic word, is to run out ofMoney.As a legal concept, bankruptcy is “a collective compulsory enforcement paththat ensures that a debtor who is decided to go bankrupt by the commercial court, isconverted into money through the forced execution of all his seized assets, and thatall known creditors are satisfied.”.

In pursuit by bankruptcy, it is aimed to share all debtor's property, rights andreceivables, which are capable of foreclosure, among all creditors. In order to applyfor follow-up through bankruptcy, the qualification and amount of the receivable isnot important.

Since the amount of the receivable does not play a role in the bankruptcy request, thebankruptcy is decided if the creditor does not pay the debt, regardless of how smallthe amount of the receivable.
