Classroom and Follow‐up Program Designed to work in tandem with the E‐learning series, the
Leading2Engage classroom program is an extension of the managers’ learning and provides them with a cri9cally important opportunity to discuss their unique engagement challenges and develop their personal ac9on plans. Leading 2 Engage can be delivered in a modular or single
session format, and follow‐up material is provided as a part of the program.
Leading 2 Engage E‐Learning Series Fully integrated E‐learning programs for managers and all associates provide
flexibility in educa9on. Development of managers and associates occurs in real‐9me. These programs help each individual create a specific discussion and follow‐
up plan for use with their team and/or manager.
