completed by a health care professional, or;3 A valid Medicare card issued by the Social

Security Administration.* You must have a Reduced Fare Identifi cation Card to pay the

reduced fare of $0.75. This Card must be shown with your reduced fare (cash or pass) each time you board the bus. Applications for the Reduced Fare Identifi cation Card are accepted at The Bus Shop, second fl oor, The Plaza or The Bus Shop, Too on Boone Ave.

** City Ticket shuttle pass cost includes parking at the Arena east lot.
