“一带一路”建设秉持的是“共商、共建、共享”原则，在“一带一路”倡议成为全新时代“主旋律”下，各国务必要打造互利共赢的“利益共同体”和共同发展繁荣的“命运共同体”。

马中企业家大会一路走来，不单累积了前人的付出与贡献，凝聚着正能量和企业智慧，还启发着后一辈承先启后，推陈出新。

我们希望在前几届工委会主席及其团队凝聚的努力成果中，接棒筹备本届大会的青年团凭着年轻企业家创意无限的新思维寻求突破，拼发出开拓创新性视野的思想火花！

With the guiding principles of extensive consultation, joint contribution and shared benefits, the Belt and Road Initiative has become a chorus instead of a solo. Countries along the Belt and Road must make efforts to develop a mutual benefiting community of shared interests, and a community of shared destiny for common prosperity.

Since it inauguration, MCEC has been building on the contribution of predecessors, encapsulating positive energy and entrepreneur wisdom, while inspiring younger generations to think out of the box.

We hope that MCCC Youth Council as this year's organizer can learn from our past achievements and to surprise us with their new ideas. We look forward to be enlightened by their innovative visions.

本届大会以单字“路”为主题，顾名思义就是道、丝绸之路、出路、网路…通过这些途经，进一步深化和推动马中政府、企业、民间三个层面的务实合作。

企业洽谈对接乃是本届大会的重点，通过引进的中资，开展共享发展机遇，包括提升会员的商务发展机会和了解科技创新状况，也利惠本地企业，尤其是中小企业或多或少能接触国际的商业模式，缔造双赢业务策略。

我们相信，本届大会一定会成为有别以往最具有特色和成效的盛会，为马中企业家大会开创新“路”，实践“相聚•共创”的新亮点！

This year theme "The Road" carries the meaning of a way, the Silk Road, an access, a network... As the theme suggests, through these means, we can further deepen and promote pragmatic cooperation between the governments, businesses and the people.

This year, MCEC 2017 will focus on business matching, with the aim through receiving the investment from China and using the local suppliers, both countries can benefit from this mutual development opportunity. Business matching will also the benefit local enterprises, especially small and medium enterprises, where they can come into contact with global enterprises and international business model, and helping them to create a win-win business strategy.

We believe that MCEC 2017 will stand out as a truly effective and productive conference that opens up new "Road" for both entrepreneurs from Malaysia and China by practicing "Togetherness" and "Joint Creation"!

马来西亚-中国总商会自2011年开始每年主办“马中企业家大会”，并于2014及2016年两度跨出国门远赴厦门市及成都市举行，在促进马中经贸合作方面发挥了重要作用，得到各界高度认可！

今年，本会这项年度重头戏——第七届马中企业家大会 (MCEC 2017) 由青年团主导筹备，并以有别于以往的崭新面貌登场；其中，主题仅取单字“路”（lù），象征着通路、一带一路、出路等，让参会者自行发挥想象的同时，不谙中文者及非华裔容易记取。

本届大会座谈会与论坛分别以“路”、“共”及“创”命名，“路”主要是邀请企业巨头、政府代表等作出宏观性分析；“共”代表共建、共商、共享、共赢，邀请企业代表从企业角度作出分享，而“创”顾名思义就是创新、创意及创业以青年企业及科技知识为主角。

为了取得更实际的成效，本届大会焦点对准企业洽谈对接，并锁定7大领域即房地产与建筑业、农业、科技、服务业、制造业、清真产品及医疗保健，根据马中企业的需求安排对接，以期达致结合中企技术与资金及大马战略地理优势、资源与人才，为两国创造更大的经济价值，带动崭新的贸易投资机会。

Malaysia-China Chamber of Commerce (MCCC) organized the Malaysia-China Entrepreneur Conference (MCEC) every year since 2011. The conference was even held outside of Malaysia twice in Xiamen and Chengdu, China, in 2014 and 2016, respectively. MCEC has since then established it self as well-regarded platform that plays a vital role in promotion of trade and business cooperation between China and Malaysia

This year, MCCC Youth Council takes the lead on this annual event of MCCC, the 7th Malaysia-China Entrepreneur Conference (MCEC 2017), and they have revamped and gave MCEC 2017 a brand new image. This year, the theme of MCEC 2017--The Road, symbolizes access, The Belt and Road, way out, which not only envisages participants to make up their own interpretation, but also makes it easier for non-Chinese and non-Chinese speaking participants to relate and remember.

In MCEC 2017, seminars and forums are organized under three main ideas of the "Road" (lù), "Togetherness" (gòng) and "Creation" (chuàng), whereby "Road" features corporate leaders and government representatives providing macro analysis on the market; "Togetherness" will have business representatives sharing on the principle of wide consultation, joint contribution, joint development and shared benefits from enterprise's point of view; while "Creation" as its name implies inspiration, innovation and invention, focuses on young enterprises and scientif-ic and technological advancement.

In order to achieve more practical results, MCEC 2017 will focus on business matching aiming at 7 core areas of property and construction, agriculture, technology, services, manufacturing, halal products and healthcare. Business matching will be arranged according to needs of enterprises between the two countries, to achieve seamless collaboration between China's capital and technology with Malaysia's strategic geographic advantage, resources and talent, and thus creating greater economic value for the two countries while driving new trade and investment opportunities.

MCEC shall only assist the participants in booking services such as hotels, transportation and travel packages (only applicable to overseas participants). In the event of any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or any form of breach of contract which may be caused by the relevant hotels, transportation, travel companies and/or their contractors and/or their employees, the Organiser shall not responsible for such injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or any form of breach of contract.

The Organiser shall not be liable to the Participants and/or any other party, for any errors, omissions, defects or delays in MCEC or materials of MCEC, or in respect of any loss or damage (in any way, whether or not caused by breach of contract, negligence or otherwise and regardless of whether the Organiser is aware of the possibility of such loss or damage), including but not limited to pro� ts, data, business, reputation or anticipated loss of savings, and all indirect, incidental and special circumstances arising out of or in connection with MCEC, MCEC materials or applications.

Cancellation of a registration must be noti� ed in writing to the Organiser. A refund of 50% of the registration fee will be made on cancellation for which the Organiser has received a written noti� cation by 15th October 2017 (Malaysia time). No refund will be made for any cancellation after 15th October 2017 (Malaysia time).

All disputes are subject to the Malaysian laws.

Hotel and transportation services are subject to the general terms and conditions which they are o� ering to the public.

The Organiser shall be entitled to retain and use all the personal information given by each Participant in this registration form.
