and surgical

children from birth to adolescence.

Ms Sasano

met

all

course

expectations and

performed

successfully in

class She

was able

to

apply

theory

and

demonstrate

understanding

of

the nursing process.

She

with

colleagues

conducted a

health education

class

for

children

which

was well received. Ms Sasano

has

a pleasant

and

positive

attitude. She wa s

eager to acquire

nursing

knowledge and

wa s thoroughly

engaged

in

her

learning process.   was also

her

clinical instructor during

the

pediatric

component. Ms

Sasano

wa s

able

to

provide total nursing

care to

complex

pediatric

patients

and

establish

rapport

with

children and their

families

She was responsive

to

constructive

feedback and

incorporated recommendations

into

her practice, showing improvement every

week.

honest self-reflection she would set goals for

herself

and
