Şirketimiz Kurtul Makina, karbon ve paslanmaz çelikten ekipmanlar üretmek üzere 1962’de, Istanbul’da kurulmuştur. 9 çalışanıyla 150 metrekarelik bir atölyede başladığı faaliyetlerini, 100 den fazla çalışanıyla 4500 metrekaresi kapalı, toplam 16500 metrekarelik bir alanda sürdürmektedir. Ağırlığı 200 tonu geçen dev ekipmanlar Çorlu fabrikasında üretilebilmektedir. Şirketimiz günümüzde dünyanın en büyük firmalarına üretim yapan önemli firmalar arasına yerleşmiş ve onlarca dev tesisin kurulumuna imalatlarını yaparak imzasını atmıştır. Kalitesi yüksek, özel tasarım makina ve ekipman imalatında uzmanlaşmış, yenilikçi bir grup insandan oluşan Kurtul Makina başlıca Petrol ve Gaz Rafinerileri, Enerji Santralleri, Biyodizel, Hidrojenasyon, Çimento, Atık Depolama, Petrokimya ve Gıda fabrikaları gibi sanayi gruplarına hizmet vermektedir. 1972’den beri DESMET BALLESTRA’nın tedarikçisi olan firmamız Avrupa, Asya ve Afrika kıtalarında DESMET’in kurduğu yağ ve biyodizel tesislerinin ekipman imalatını yapmaktadır. İş odaklılık, tecrübe ve çalışan niteliği, gücümüzün temelini oluşturmaktadır. Kuruluşundan bu yana, ağırlıklı olarak karbon ve paslanmaz çelik ekipmanların üretimine odaklanan firmamız, bu alanda edindiği engin deneyimle, kurum ve çalışanlar olarak karşılaşılan her türlü zorluğun üstesinden gelmektedir.

Kurtul Machinery was founded in 1962 for the purpose of manufacturing carbon and stainless steel equipments with 9 em-ployees in a 150 m² workshop. We are currently operating in our 4500 m² covered, totally 16.000 m² facility with our 100 employees in Çorlu / Tekirdağ. Equipments up to 200 tons can be manufactured easily in our closed area. Today the company has grown into one of the largest manufacturer who is engaged in production of giant plants. Dozens of facilities which carries our signature are our proof to the world. We are representing an innovative group of people that specialize in the custom manufacturing and fabrication of process equipment for various industries such as: Oil & Gas Refineries, Biodiesel Plants, Hydrogenation and Energy Plants, Cement, Waste Storage, Petrochemical, Mining, Food Industries, etc. Since 1972, we are a supplier of DESMET BALLESTRA and we continue to manufacture carbon & stainless steel equipment for their oil & biodiesel plants in Europe, Asia and Africa continents. Our strength lies in our focus, our experience and our staff. Since its inception, Kurtul Machinery has focused exclusively on carbon and stainless steel equipments. Doing so has produced a company and group of people uniquely qualified to solve tough problems.

With our strategic location in the heart of Europe, Asia and Africa, we are able to meet all these three continent industrial requirements continuously and effectively. We have very special logistics advantages. First one is that our facility is in the middle of high density land transport networks. Second one is the closed distance to the word-leading seaports in Tekirdağ and Istanbul. This brings the advantage of big and heavy equipment transportation, which are unsuitable for land transportation. And third we can boast with our efficient and excellent airport infrastructures in Istanbul (Ataturk and Sabiha Gokcen Airports). With these advantages we can serve more than our customer requirements. 90 % of our production continues to export European, Asian and African countries since 30 years.

İkincisi, tesisimizin Tekirdağ ve İstanbul limanlarına olan yakınlığıdır. Bu da firmamıza, kara ulaşımıyla sevk edilemeyecek kadar büyük ve ağır ekipmanların sevki konusunda avantaj sağlamaktadır. Üçüncü avantajımız ise firmanın İstanbul’a olan yakınlığıdır. Istanbuldaki Atatürk ve Sabiha Gökçen Havaalanlarının sunduğu hava taşımacılığı imkanları ile çok hızlı transferler gerçekleştirebilmekte, müşterilemize beklentilerinin üzerinde hizmet verebilmekteyiz. Üretimimizin % 90’ı Avrupa, Asya ve Afrika ülkelerine 30 seneden fazla zamandır ihraç edilmeye devam ediyor.
