• Block work completed up to 12th floor. Work-in-progress for 13th floor, 14th floor & parapet

• External plaster- 60% complete for north side & 70% complete for flat terrace

• Toilet internal concealed plumbing & floor plumbing completed up to 12th floor

• Toilet waterproofing work- completed up to 7th floor. 50% work complete for 8th floor and 40% complete

for 9th, 10th & 11th floor

• Toilet granite door & window framing work completed up to 6th floor & 50% complete for 7th floor

• Concealed electrical work completed up to 10th floor

• Wall & ceiling gypsum completed up to 8th floor & 70% complete fro 9th floor

• Toilet tiling dado complete up to 6th floor

• Kitchen platform work 70% complete up to 4th floor & 40% complete for 5th floor
