CONS.대졸 자 이상의 학습자가 80%묵에 대한 반대 가시화 - 산호세 대학의 예인터넷 인프라 구축이 안 되어있는 , 인터넷 접근 불가능한 인구 수가 약 30~45 억 ( 전체 인구의 절반 )

CONS.대부분 교수는 전통적 방법 고수저비용 (low cost) 의 온라인 교육에 대한 불신Technology Rich 와 Technology Poor 로 양분화
